Develop and propose a theoretical model of perceived stress- using 4-5 personality types/trait/ other factors that all link together, as well as individually linking to stress
Form a rationale for proposed stress model
Operationalise it by finding appropriate scales e.g Hardiness scale
Conduct online survey to test model- using Bristol Online Surveys software
Outline ethics- e.g confedentiality etc
Use multiple regression to test how good model is at predicting people’s perceived stress levels
Write up lab report
