Assignment 2 – Project Proposal – Concept Feasibility Analysis of the Design Brief
Following approval by the lecturer of the Design Brief proposed in Assignment 1, the student is required to apply appropriate feasibility screening to each element of the concept programme of the (Assignment 1) Design Brief.
The screens are:
• Marketing
• Competition
• Timing
• Operations
• Resources
• Finance
• Risk & Hazard
There must be:
• justification for each positive finding.
• a means of overcoming or ameliorating each negative finding.
The feasibility analysis should be written in report style.
Feedback
Following assessment and marking, the assignment may require revision. If this is the case, at the beginning of Week 10, the student will be advised of any required amendments and the date when these must be submitted.
