(i.e. is it a democracy ? are officials elected ? are there any checks and balances in place ?). What role does the Government play in this country�s economy ? Do the
Government�s policies maximize the utility of the majority of citizens ? In answering this question you are expected to give precise examples of policies that the
Government adopted and that support your argument. The policies may be related to redistribution, infrastructure, education, or health.
