5000 Word Team Research Report Topic

What is environmental sustainability and how will it influence organisational behaviour? Critically analyse and discuss how the concepts of “Power, Politics and Influence in Organisations” will affect an organisation’s transition to become or remain a sustainable business. Link the team’s findings back to the ways in which managers and leaders can use this knowledge to implement policies to make their organisations sustainable. Provide five detailed recommendations to assist managers to deal with the team’s findings.

You are to apply these topics to an organisation that is currently in operation, however students must NOT contact any organisation directly as this research report is limited to online and secondary sources only. Students are not to conduct primary research as this could require university ethics clearance. Each team in the workshop will research and present on a different organisation. When selecting an organisation consider not only the team research report questions but also your oral presentation requirements.

P.S. The organization for our team is Mars, Incorporated (Chocolate company). You need not do the paper. Just advice me on how to do this assignment. For example, an outline of the essay with headings would be good.
