are a team of management consultants. Select an international business to find a problem which needs to be solved. Your analysis could include market analysis, financial performance, product profiles, customer profiles, communication practices, etc. Based on your analysis, prepare a report addressing the identified problem, proposing how the problem could be solved and the necessary activities to be undertaken.
