(2) Thinking as a design manager, make a list of all the areas where design already adds value to the organization
(3) Choose three of these areas and put together following:
a. the value design has added to the organization
b. any demonstrated success of the positive impact design has had on organization
c. your ideas for adding even more value – focus on the key ideas where you believe design can have the greatest impact, for example, the organizational culture, the profitability, or the ability of the organization to connect with future customers/use
(4) How organization is managing the design strategy in terms of:
a. identifying opportunities for design
b. interpreting client and customer needs;
c. auditing the use of design;
d. establishing the design strategy;
(5) How organization is managing the design process in terms of:
a. design methods
b. design processes
(6) How organization is managing the design implementation in terms of:
a. the project management process;
b. social and environmental responsibilities;
c. design policies, procedures and guidelines;
d. measuring the success of design;
