You do not need an abstract. Begin this page with the title of your paper on the first line. Notice the title is identical to your title page?just copy and paste. Remember the introduction does not have a heading that says, Introduction. In this section you want to entice readers to continue reading, and let them know what to expect from your paper??tell ?em what you are going to tell ?em?. Say something like: The purpose of this paper is to present a proposal for the development of a new manager orientation program. Make it your final sentence. You don?t have to memorize how to construct references?compare to examples as you go, and in addition, you can get APA citations in the library on your chosen articles (click on Cite on the right hand frame), and you can also use citation creators like this one: https://citationmachine.net/index2.php?start=&reqstyleid=2&newstyle=2 Just know that these aren?t perfect and references still require proofreading for accuracy!
This is your final project, so don?t skimp on scholarly references! Remember that anything you use from another source must be cited in the text, and anything in the text needs to have a corresponding reference.
