Prepare and submit through Turnitin answers to the three (3) questions below. Each question poses a diversity issue in which there is no right answer. Rather you must critically analyze the issue from different perspectives; support your analysis with course readings, citations from academic sources, and examples as evidence to persuasively present your conclusion.
As outlined in the Grading Rubric, your response to each question should:
? Comprehensively discuss and analyze the issue
? Includes citations (such as from your textbook, assigned readings or academic research) to support your analysis and conclusions
? Use specific examples as evidence
? Persuasively argue a specific conclusion as to why you agree or disagree
? Be two (2) double-spaced pages (approximately 700 words)
? Use complete sentences, correct spelling and grammar; and adhere to APA standards

? What strategies can a leader use to communicate inclusively?
3. Cultural Intelligence (CQ)
What do you agree or disagree that cultural intelligence (CQ) is important to be an effective leader? In preparing your response, consider:
? What is CQ?
? What are the components of CQ and are they learned?
? What are the advantages and/or disadvantages of developing CQ?
