I will provide you with a document with instructions called research puzzle, it will explain the topic of the essay.
I feel you should write the paper on how gerrymandering and redistricting affect the electoral college, also examine weather the electoral college is an efficient system or if it should be replaced with something else, please specify what else.

I will post documents for your reference, you must use these, if you need other sources you may use them as well, but I must have access to them.
