Histological staining (IHC),(IF),(H,E) and (AF)

Hello ,
I need help with this lab report . In this experiment, I stained 4 rat Pancreatic tissues using 4 histological staining ( 1 stain for each )
the histological staining are
1- Haematoxylin and Eosin(H&E)
2-Aldehyed fuchin (AF)
3-Immunohistochemistry
4- immunofluorescence
