Same Sex Marriage scope

There are a lot of controversies which are surrounding same sex marriage and relationships and as well to the public. This has been an issue where different opinions have been presented by various groups. Some of the groups are in the support of the same sex marriage while others are objecting it. The diversified opinions have varied lead to dilemma which side an individual would follow. The dilemma has led to the diversified opinions by various institutions such as religious institutions and business organizations. The public opinion has been of great aid in debating the dilemma which has been brought about by same sex relationships and marriages. The perceptions held by various groups and institutions about gayism and lesbianism brings in the controversy of the issue. This leads to the pros and cons of this form of marriage.

There are various laws in the constitution which goes against marriage. But such regulations does not discriminate such groups or individual directly. The court ruling has been in favor of one side of the photography of the gays showing that it was in the support of the marriage. This lead to conflict for the organization offering photography and the court ruling.

Based on the institutions of the government it is violating another person’s rights. Most of the religious institutions are opposing this form of marriage. They label lesbianism and gayism as unacceptable acts. From the journal John Eastman pointed out that religious institutions are against this form of marriage. The Christian faith mainly opposes this marriage saying that it is abomination and violation of the laws present in the bible.

From the journal as well we find out that most of the groups are using the courts to defend this form of marriage. It is dilemma for the arguments surrounding same sex marriage in many states. There is the depiction of the court defending the individuals who indulge in this form of marriage.

There was also a scenario in Mexico which rejected one of the gay groups to make images as they were against same sex marriage. This brings out a state of confusion if similar sex marriage being right or wrong. Making a personal decision not to indulge oneself in such an event calls for facing a case of denying an individual his or her rights.

In conclusion many of the firms have diversified opinions concerning same sex marriage. The basics for each institution will dictate either to accept this form of marriage or reject it. The fundamentals for the groups will lead to such dilemmas which have been presented in the journal. There is need to have universal and mutual grounds when dealing with such issues by different institutions.
