I’m making an ERP project implementation for Target, corp.

1) Project Tasks and Time Estimates MS Project Gantt Chart: Showing all Summary and Subtasks A Network Diagram for each Summary Task (show the PERT calculations for all items under one summary task).

I have almost finished this part but I need revision on my Gantt Chart because some of the durations are too long but I can’t change it keeps give me an error. Also, I want to show the PERT calculations for all items under one summary task.

Attached is the Gantt Chart.mpp with examples of how it should looks like. The duration of the project is 2 years.

No limit of the number of pages as long as you answer it correctly by providing the Gantt Chart with Showing all Summary and Subtasks A Network Diagram for each Summary Task (show the PERT calculations for all items under one summary task).

2) Project Cost Estimates Budget Estimate by Summary Task (assign resources to each subtask to calculate this estimate). Project Cash Flow Analysis ==> for (2 years).

I don’t have an accurate numbers so you can assume how much it will cost to implement ERP system. And assign resources to each subtask to calculate this estimate. With Project Cash Flow Analysis .
