The Question

Critically and concisely discuss the nature of Equity and its principles, in light of the Jones v Kernott [2011] UKSC 53 case and Brian Sloan’s arguments in his article, “Keeping up with the Jones case: establishing constructive trusts in ‘sole legal owner’ scenarios.”
refer to both these papers with the nature of equity to answer the question. Where possible use of other the cases to illustrate as examples.
