Within the Preschool environment of approximately 30 employees, it is difficult to ignorethe constant complaints of stress while at work. Both the office staff and classroom teachers are experiencing a decrease in productivity and negative attitudes towards fellow coworkers, clients, and sometimes students. Negative behavior and decreasing productivity is a problem for the school and needs immediate attention before parents and staff chose to leave. Complaints overheard, it is suggested that the company provide employees with a 30-minute massage therapy at least twice per month. The massage would help to alleviate a lot of the stress happening at work and will help to boost employee morale. This in turn will positively affect the company. Further details will be provided later regarding how offering this service would help the company and the employees improve in both productivity and profitability. It is proposed thatthe company collect feedback from the employees via survey to see what day during the month they would prefer scheduling their massage.
