Podcast Critique & Reflection

Listen to an episode of NPR’s Code Switch Podcast — a recently new podcast show aimed at discussing issues and ideas around race and identity in America. Each episode is between 20 and 50 minutes

After you have listened to the episode, you will write a short reflective critique and commentary on the episode and the issues covered within it. Your paper should thoroughly discuss each of the
following: Summary of the overall issue/topic of the episode Position(s) or points of view discussed by the hosts & guests How these topics/positions apply to the issues of diversity discussed in
class A personal reaction to the episode – describe what you agree or disagree with and discuss its relevance to our studies.
