Use the Attachment titled “Factors Bearing on the Problem” there are 4 (FOUR) factors listed. Use the four factors and the 4 peer reviewed article attachments that I have attached to write 1 page on each factor. Also, the last page is the Conclusion-Now that you’ve shown how you reasoned through the problem, state a conclusion. The conclusion is nothing more than a brief statement (One page) of the best possible solution or solutions which you have described in detail in the Discussion section.

FYI: The Annotated References required for this assignment is a list of the 4 (four) articles that I provided. Each citation is followed by a brief sentence(usually one or two) that is descriptive and an evaluation of the article.

The purpose of the annotation is to inform the reader of the relevance, accuracy, and quality of the sources cited.
