Diversity Audit Analys

conduct an analysis of his/her company’s diversity programs, practices, and initiatives. The analysis should be at least 6-10 pages in length and should follow the conventional standards and
format for written work. Details and format information are provided in the syllabus.

During the first few weeks of the course, students should begin considering what resources they will need to access to complete the project. As the course progresses, they will be asked to locate
the required information/handbooks and begin compiling the information for each section.

Based on course learning, discussion with others if appropriate, review of your company website and intranet, and consultation of organizational charts, handbooks and policies, the student will
prepare an analysis of his/her company’s current status as it relates to diversity, along with recommendations to enhance and expand initiatives, programs, and policies which reflect and apply
course learning.
