Design a pilot training module using the “train-the-trainer model” for a Hospital Security Department that will enable experienced personnel to show a less-experienced instructor how to deliver
courses, this should accommodate and make provisions for 25 different policies and Procedures over 12 months. The design should allow 19 staffs working on 3 shifts thus, Day, Evenings and Nights to
become subject matter expects in order to train their peers to also become subject matter experts. Please be creative and it should include following but not limited to:
