Answer the following questions on the Module 3 discussion Board.
1. Discuss EEO, AAP, and/or other recent healthcare related legislation which may impact human resources and nurse management decisions.
2. Describe the role of professional nurses and professional nursing organizations in the development of healthcare legislation.
3. Identify and discuss Safety, Health, & Security (SHS) Issues for Nurse Managers/Administrators
4. Discuss TJC and other regulatory bodies that affect the employee safety and security in healthcare organization.
