Critique (10% of Course Grade):

In the critique, you will critique research design and methods in regard to qualitative, quantitative or mixed methods.

Instructions: You should prepare a critique of no more than 500 words. Follow APA format. Use Arial or Times New Roman 12 point font with double spaced lines.

Select an article from the provided list and briefly state the purpose of the research. Evaluate the research design and methods.

1.Based on the data and the goal(s) of the research, should qualitative, quantitative or mixed methods of analysis be used and why?
2.Which type of analysis did the author choose to perform (e.g. qualitative, quantitative or mixed methods)?
3.What are some pros and/or cons to approaching the research with the analysis method that the author selected?
4.Could the research be approached with opposite methods? In other words, if qualitative methods were used, could quantitative methods have been used instead, or vice versa?
