Creating a Real Life Assessment for Online Delivery

In this step you will create an assessment that could be delivered online in a workplace setting to help participants identified in Module 5 achieve one of the
learning outcomes you created in Module 4 (I will upload Module 4 essay).

Create at least one assessment aligned to one or more of the learning objectives established in Module 4 (paper will be attached) that can be delivered online. The
assessment needs to be quantitative. You may submit this assignment in one of several forms.
