Read the ‘Assignment 1 Proposal writing’ file and write a proposal as per the document requirement. 

Just be sure that the proposal is specific to the case and clearly addresses the issues/opportunities.

 As a couple of examples, the action steps/plan in the proposal should have more details and steps than in a basic example, and they should be relevant and specific to the case study. It is important to include/list/be clear of your deliverables/outcomes (for the client); show an understanding of what the situation and background are relevant to the proposal; etc.
