Order Description

Please find below what I’m expecting and I have uploaded some documents on my order that I think the writer will have access to it.
My Dissertation is on Construction Concurrent Delays, whereby I need you to write part of it, 2 sections which are:
1. Analysis of Construction Concurrent Delays under English Law supported by court cases analysis
2. Analysis of Construction Concurrent Delays under United States Law supported by court cases analysis

This to be followed/concluded by author recommendation on best approach to concurrent delay and why he consider this as best approach.

No need for any introduction parts or definitions of concurrent delay, whereby I will do this in other sections. What I need is in-depth analysis for specific parts of the dissertation about the positions under UK and US law (supported by court cases).

I have already uploaded the table of contents on my account for better understanding.

The referencing system is Oscola ;Oxford Standard For Citation of Legal Authorities that I have already uploaded it on my account. I have uploaded as well sample for Oscola referencing.

Sources should be Books and Law Journal Articles. However, in case of other Internet sources are required, it is better to be limited number.

Number of words (excluding footnotes and bibliography) is 6,875 or slightly above.
