List your top five ongoing stressors (most stressful to least stressful) and describe each one. Purpose is to identify the problem of every stressor listed.
For each stressor, determine which trigger a sense of fear or anger. (Such as impatience, rage and hostility). You can include more than one trigger and/or both. It is important to identify the
underlying emotion associated with the problem to resolve it.
Describe how stress affects your mind, emotions, body, and spirit. Discuss how and what you will you do to find mental balance with the your mind, emotions, body, and spirit. Consider adding or
changing something to find balance. Include three coping and three relaxation techniques that you will incorporate for each stressor and why you have chosen these specific techniques .
Discuss at least one current event on stress management.
