• Provide other beverages as well i.e. beer, wine, soft drinks, and water (cost these items).
• Create a staff event budget – use servers to pass cocktails and food, bartenders, doorman, banquet captain/manager (include set-up and tear down). Use the ‘The Butler Did It’ staffing service (get a quote) or create your own labour budget.
• Create an event budget for the event. Include all the other relevant expenses mentioned above including entertainment and venue rental costs.
