– One of the comments from my advisor was adjust the style of writing as if I am starting the business for real by myself and will use this paper with the banks or investor for loans?

– I want my paper to sound at the end that it is a good idea and it is proven from the data collection that I do

– But it wouldn’t work due to size of land, land availability, high investment and risks, and transportation as suggested by the industry experts.

Main point for me, I want result:
– Business owner or industry expert to tell me that the idea is great, but concluded that it wouldn’t work given that I am starting this project as a big scale project and in Bangkok there are problem with land availability, traffic, public transportation.
– Questions can be answered in favorable to support your write up
2) Potential customers, sample size 20
Main point for me, I want result:
– They all think the idea sounds great and that they would come, spending a little more than the standard is acceptable. They would really see this kind of project in the CBD
– They also scared of traffic and transportation

3) Government officials (Tourism Authority of Thailand & Ministry of Tourism Thailand) sample size 2

– This one I think I need a real result in order to know what the project can take on for advantage when starting the project. I might get into contact with them myself.
– Maybe they might willing to do a partnership agreement, where they would invest some money and we promote their names.
– I want to know if they have any policy to support sports for health for the citizens, like in Melbourne where I studied each city has a sport facility which mean that the government are willing to invest in the projects which makes people become active and healthy.
