An Investigate of Customer Satisfaction and Expectation in Different Product Level in Mechanical Engineering SME
Order Description
I got the finding from the questionnaire. I would like to do correlation analysis between product quality level and customer service satisfaction. I have 3 product which are the detail as following:
1. MILNOR : Best quality, Highest price, Made in USA.
2. STAHL, FAGOR, DANUBE : Medium quality, Medium price, Made in Europe.
3. SEA-LION : Lowest quality, Lowest price, Made in China.
I made 3 questionnaire that classified by manufacturer country(USA, Europe, China) which all respondents are Thai customer.
I would like to analyse the correlation that will high price and high product quality made customer have high expectation or not and will low price and low product quality made customer have low expectation or not.
Note: The rate of customer satisfaction might be all the same due to those all product sell by the same company.
Question no. 1-6 is about product quality
Question no. 7-10 is about service quality
