1.What are the pressures the company is experiencing in relation to:
Competitors
new entrants to the industry
changing industry expectations
changing regulations and laws
the global environment
changing technology
stakeholder needs
2.How flexible and responsive to change is the organization?
3.How has the management implemented change and what has been the internal response to this?
4.How sustainable (business not ecological) is the company in its current business style?

This presentation is almost all analysis and synthesis with very little description and reporting. It is recommended that you identify major competitors, new entrants etc. but then choose 2 important factors and follow these through what impact they have, why and what the response to this has been. Then further discuss how changes to address these issues have impacted on other parts of the business, or suppliers/customers and other stakeholders.
