After watch the video,

Write a report BASED ON THE VIDEO focusing on two perspectives ‘MANAGING CONFLICT & NEGOTIATION’ based on video and how they contribute to effective people management. (What incidents happened, how to they manage negotiation process, how to they manage conflict, what conflict they face). It is required to use theory and literature to support observation & judgements.

Provide recommendations to improve effectivity in people management (based on the research…. the recommendations also need to provide improvement to HR division & financial division)
