Task Details
After undertaking the necessary research you will write an essay on how organisations facilitate Innovation through management and organisational structure. You will be provided with a list of five
organisations by your tutor and you must select one of them to form the case study organisation at the centre of your essay.
It is expected you will undertake a detailed research of your chosen organisation in order to obtain a more indepth view of their structure and Innovation capability and how this has contributed to

You will be required to use appropriate theory to support your discussion. This will have been covered in the module and introduced to you in lectures and seminars. Though the introduction to the
theoretical concepts is available from the lecture slides on Blackboard, more crucially you will need to undertake wider reading on and around these concepts through study of appropriate journal
articles in Enterprise, Innovation and Management Journals.
